I really should have done this paper two days ago. But it’s only a page and it is on my interpretation of a Russian novel. "Eugene Onegin" by Pushkin. Tomorrow I have to lead a discussion on "The Grand Inquisitor" by Dostoevsky as well. Why should I have worried about that? They’re not that big of assignments. So last night I hung out with Russians at their last dorm and today all of the RSP kids made a dinner pilgrimage to Mir Pizza and Baskin Robbins. Afterwards some of the girls, myself included, went to Ramstore, a Wal-Mart-esque establishment that sells an assortment of products. We were all pretty ecstatic to find it and I finally bought good face wash and lotion, as wells as a beautiful new teacup. Upon returning to the dorm at approximately 8:00pm (aka “vosim chesov”), our neighbors, Oleg and Mitya (aka “Mr. Profilac”) were moving out and asked, “Do you want to have tea… Do you have any tea?” So, KOHE4HO (O=AH, E=YE, H=N, 4=CH), we cleared off our table and had tea and looked a pictures, which naturally led to Photo Booth.
Tak sechas, here I am, 12:34am on Thursday, February 22, 2007. Most of you are up and about celebrating a new day of life. I just finished one page on why Tatyana is the best character and the book should have instead been entitled “Tatyana Larina.”

My Sweet new cup :-)
This night has involved marveling at the color coordinatedness shower basket, learning that I could contort my tongue into all kinds of weird formations and eating too much of the cake Oleg gave us.

i love your cup. and your color-coordinatedness. and i'm so happy about your language progress! i will be praying for you. will you pray for our bishop? yes, that bishop. it seems he should be taking better care of himself in order to be a good leader for this international flock! i will pray for the church in russia, too. and for the 'lost people' who maybe feel like they don't belong anywhere on earth. except possibly in mu kappa. ;) can't wait till you're back, amy, but i know that you will just drink in every russian moment like the richest, most robust cup of tea EVER. may that cup of peace be with you, fill and overflow you...
lovelovelove
That is a beautiful mug. I have one just like it, would you believe?
